Product

BloomFit — a fitness app designed for women in premenopause or menopause to support weight management and well-being through gentle, home-friendly workouts.

Goal

Help women manage their weight and feel strong during this life stage with a tailored, compassionate fitness journey led by a virtual personal coach.

We began by gathering insights through:
▫️ Interviews with women 50+ years old
▫️ Surveys exploring attitudes toward fitness, weight, and well-being
▫️ Competitive and best-practice research on wellness apps

Key findings guided every decision: users wanted gentle guidance, flexible routines, and emotional support, not pressure.

A thoughtful, adaptive approach to fitness with a human touch

Concept

The mobile app creates a personalised fitness journey guided by a virtual Coach. Based on an initial user survey, the Coach selects the right exercises tailored to the user's goals and current condition. After each workout, users share how they felt, and the Coach adapts future sessions based on that feedback—offering support that feels truly personal. Users can also leave comments after workouts to thank the Coach or uplift others, building a warm and encouraging community around the journey.

▫️ Every day, user receives a daily plan of 3 gentle, tailored workouts (e.g. low-impact HIIT, Pilates, yoga, strength)
